In addition to our class schedule we offer private sessions, private group classes, on-site classes, Nutrition consulting, wellness coaching, and space rentals. We are here to motivate you, set goals, finish your goal and live a healthy lifestyle. All classes are between 50-60min and our special friday lunch break is 30min to get that workout in
